:.Charles Lee Ray, yet, for the newspaper headlines and the families grieving for their losses he took on a much more sinister name… The Lakeshore Strangler. The very name that would leave a bitter taste years after the man behind it had long passed away- or, at least so it seemed. Though to the few people he allowed to get closer to him, ‘Chucky’ but even then they were not safe from his violent tendencies that had no clear boundaries.
Though, unfortunately, not even the skilled hands of a police officer unloading bullets into his body could keep Charles from doing what he does best- killing. Yet, cheating death came with an unfortunate sacrifice and that was living out the rest of his unnatural days condemned to the plastic body of a doll. That won’t stop him.
Nothing will, because he’s Chucky and he’ll go to hell and back to become flesh and blood again.

[T]he doll's legs hang limply off the shelf of the thrift shop he has been placed on, his plastic fingers curled around a sloppily written note: 'free to a good home' the sign reads, the black sharpie bleeding through the paper with every stroke of the marker. Though the doll is rough around the edges, it appears to be in fine condition for a collectible from the eighties.
